C++ bindings suite allowed in GNOME modules

Great news came today, as it has been officially announced that gtkmm and all the C++ bindings that are part of the bindings suite are a blessed dependency of programs to be proposed as GNOME modules. Being in that community with the code I wrote based on and for gtkmm and co., I’m very happy that this has finally happened!
